Nighty-night
Home tonight, on the sofa, snuggled under the Snoopy blanket one of my girlfriend's made me for Christmas, and watching the Home Movies DVDs my bro gave me. I'm a bit tired. Went to sleep late last night after the long drive home and went running today after work--just a short run, to begin easing my way toward the Austin Half-Marathon. (Just made the decision on Friday to go ahead and register. It's February 15th.)
Have a few groceries now in the fridge and I'm set for the week. All the pets are lounging on their beds. It's sleepytime. Could it be sleepytime for me too? It's early yet, much too early for bed...maybe I'll fall asleep on the sofa tonight.
Need some water now. Then pop the contacts out of my eyes and, yes, sleep on the sofa. At least for a while. Nighty-night.
